KRAMER'S CUSTOMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to Kramer's Customs.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase any products from Kramer's Customs.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, server owners, developers, and anyone accessing our website or digital products.

Kramer's Customs reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. OUR STORE

Kramer's Customs sells digital products only intended primarily for use within the FiveM platform.

Payments are securely processed through Tebex, which acts as our authorized checkout provider. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Tebex's applicable checkout policies.

Purchasing a product grants you a limited license to use the asset under these Terms. Ownership and intellectual property remain with Kramer's Customs unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. DIGITAL GOODS

All products available through Kramer's Customs are delivered electronically.

No physical goods will be shipped.

Once an order has been successfully completed, delivery of the purchased digital files is considered fulfilled.

4. REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Because our products are digital and cannot be returned once delivered, Kramer's Customs does not provide refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or store credit after purchase.

Please ensure you have reviewed the product description, compatibility, and included contents before completing your order.

Nothing within this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Opening an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your purchased digital goods is considered a violation of these Terms.

If a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback is initiated, Kramer's Customs reserves the right to:

  • Permanently revoke access to purchased products.

  • Restrict future purchases.

  • Suspend customer support.

  • Submit purchase records, delivery logs, and these Terms as evidence during the dispute process.

6. CUSTOM ORDERS

Commissioned work is created specifically for the purchasing customer.

By purchasing a custom commission, you acknowledge that:

  • Production begins after payment unless otherwise agreed.

  • Delivery estimates are approximate and may change depending on workload.

  • Minor revisions may be included where appropriate.

  • Requests outside the originally agreed scope may require additional payment.

  • Custom commissions are also covered by our No Refund Policy.

7. LICENSE OF USE

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, every purchase grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased asset.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright.

All intellectual property remains exclusively owned by Kramer's Customs.

8. RESTRICTED USE

Without prior written authorization from Kramer's Customs, you may NOT:

  • Resell individual products or complete packages.

  • Redistribute purchased assets outside your authorized development team.

  • Share purchased files with another server or community.

  • Leak, upload, or publicly distribute our products.

  • Claim our work as your own creation.

  • Remove ownership markings or branding where applicable.

  • Unlock protected EUP assets or other protected files for editing or redistribution.

  • Include our products inside another paid or free resource.

  • Convert purchased assets for resale or public release.

Any violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your license without notice.

9. EDITING & RETEXTURES

Unless written permission has been granted by Kramer's Customs, customers may not:

  • Edit our products.

  • Modify existing designs.

  • Retexture assets.

  • Recolor textures.

  • Rebrand clothing.

  • Convert assets to other formats.

  • Release modified versions.

If you wish to create a retexture or modification of one of our products, you must receive our written consent before doing so.

Unauthorized modifications remain prohibited regardless of whether the original product was legally purchased.

10. SERVER LICENSES

Products purchased for a server are licensed solely to the purchasing individual or purchasing organization.

If a staff member leaves a server, ownership of the purchased assets does not automatically transfer unless approved by Kramer's Customs.

License transfers are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

11. PRODUCT SHOWCASES

Screenshots and promotional images may contain additional props, maps, vehicles, accessories, character models, or third-party resources used solely for presentation purposes.

Unless specifically stated within the product description, these items are not included with the purchase.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Every product created by Kramer's Customs remains protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Customers receive permission to use the purchased asset under the terms of the license but do not obtain ownership of the underlying work.

13. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

Kramer's Customs is not responsible for products downloaded or purchased from unauthorized third-party websites.

If you obtain our products through unofficial sources, you do so entirely at your own risk and may lose eligibility for support or future purchases.

14. NO AFFILIATION

Kramer's Customs is an independent digital content creator.

Our products are created exclusively for roleplay and entertainment purposes.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Kramer's Customs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any real-world:

  • Company

  • Brand

  • Government agency

  • Law enforcement agency

  • Sports organization

  • Trademark holder

  • Business or institution

Any similarities are purely fictional or intended for roleplay purposes.

15. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Products are supplied "as is."

Kramer's Customs shall not be responsible for:

  • Damage to your FiveM server.

  • Corrupted files caused by third-party software.

  • Resource conflicts.

  • Server downtime.

  • Configuration errors.

  • Lost data.

  • Issues resulting from modifications made after delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their own server environment.

16. PRIVACY

Information provided during checkout is securely processed through Tebex.

Customer information is used only for order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

We do not knowingly sell customer information to third parties.

18. FINAL PROVISIONS

Failure by Kramer's Customs to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

If any section of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Kramer's Customs and the customer regarding purchases made through our webstore.
